Accuracy and realism
BioTK organs were generated from digital image processing of a cadaveric specimen. Subsequently, each organ has been improved in appearance, accuracy and efficiency using software coming from the film industry to deliver the best product in the market.
Superimpose sections with 3D organs
BioTK includes 1100 photographs, 1050 CTs and 770 MRI images. These images are integrated precisely into the 3D model and can be used to cut the organs you choose, so BioTK increases accuracy and creates a realistic environment.
Customize organ´s descriptions
BioTK flexibility allows users to edit, save and share organ´s descriptions. BioTK presents descriptive text of each organ, by clicking on it.
Editing Pines
The BioTK´s pins focus attention not only on anatomical structures on specific locations in 3D organs but also the sections. These pins can be displayed or hidden on the scene, showing not only those on 3D organs but also on sectional images.
Save and share scenes
BioTK´s scenes allow you to save the model in the state of visibility, color, transparency, cut and current position to be loaded later or shared with your community in BioTK.
Anatomical structures labeler
BioTK includes a practical editor allowing you to name as many anatomical structures on 2D images as you want.
E-learning
BioTK is a 3D Virtual Learning Object that integrates E-learning platforms such as Moodle and Black Board, among others.
